As soon as a client contacts us, the GLEADS team will gather general information about their business model, website objectives, and expectations for the interface and features.

Based on this initial data, our consultants will provide preliminary guidance on technology, structure, and budget range, helping the client envision the most suitable solution.

We don't just rely on the information described by the client; we also proactively survey the actual industry, competitors, existing system status (if any), and target user behavior.

This step helps GLEADS clearly define the technical and communication goals of the website, thereby building a solid foundation for the next steps in the implementation process.

Based on the analysis results, the GLEADS UX/UI design team will build a preliminary layout (wireframe) showing the structure of the homepage, main functional pages, and the user journey.

In parallel, the technical and project management departments will create a detailed plan regarding timeline, technology to be used, workload, and resource allocation to ensure progress and quality.

We organize a direct presentation (online or at our office) to explain the entire design proposal, technical solution, and implementation plan.

GLEADS encourages clients to ask questions, provide feedback, and contribute ideas for appropriate adjustments. Transparent communication at this stage helps minimize the risk of changes during implementation.

After finalizing adjustments, both parties will agree on commitments regarding the scope of work, cost, implementation timeline, maintenance plan, and post-project support. The contract is signed based on transparency and clarity of every term.

This is the final step of the consultation and quotation phase, marking the beginning of the official implementation process according to the agreed-upon roadmap.
